Country Sisters - Klara (vocal, guitar, keyboards)

As a 4-year-old kid Klara started learning flute and switched to guitar two years later. She was so fascinated by this instrument, that she went on to study classical guitar at the conservatoire in Ceske Budejovice. She kept working hard for six years, even though as she says, her diligence wasn't so impressive the last two years. After graduation she decided to leave classical music and started to teach children at music school. She has been doing this job simultaneously with her career with the Country Sisters and when she quits the band one day, she is going to teach full time.
During her studies at the conservatoire there was a gang of fearless boys from Vodnany, who took care of Klara and invited her to join their band as a young singer. After two years in the band Klara's father-musician persuaded her to taste country music. She started playing with the Ceske Budejovice-based band Country Roll, in which she experienced wonderful moments both on and off the stage not only in the Czech Republic. She joined the Country Sisters in January 2007 and hopes her career will last for some time.
